Four-light glass pendant lamp, Glashütte, Limburg, 1970s, pendant, ceiling light

Large hand-blown glass pendant light, manufactured by Glashütte Limburg in Germany in the 1960s. Its design is by Herbert Proft, who also created numerous lighting fixtures for Glashütte Limburg. The shade is held by three rows of beads attached to the lower part of the canopy. The metal parts are mostly chrome-plated, and both the glass and chrome are in excellent condition. The lamp is fitted with four E27 metal sockets covered with chrome sleeves. Maximum height: 170 cm. Shade diameter: 40 cm. E27 socket compatible with LED bulbs. Designed for 220 V. Weight: approximately 5 kg.
