Rare trio of pendant lamps "Maxi Globe Lighting" by RAAK Amsterdam, 1960s

This exceptional set of three "Maxi Globe" (or "Maxi Bulb") pendant lamps was designed by the RAAK Amsterdam design team in the 1960s. A masterpiece of mid-century Dutch modernism, this composition features the three distinct sizes originally offered by RAAK, designed to be suspended in a striking cascade or dynamic cluster. Each pendant is a poetic homage to the incandescent bulb, with a hand-blown smoked glass globe that acts as a transparent and protective "matrix" around the light source. The elegant cylindrical sockets are made of high-quality metal finished in brass, providing a sophisticated contrast to the grey tinted glass. Dimensions and models. Very good condition. The lamps have been well preserved and show only slight signs of wear corresponding to their age and history. The glass is clear and shiny, with no significant scratches or chips. The brass elements retain a beautiful shine with minimal patina.
