Aromec Suspension Sacla, Italy - 1970s

Very beautiful vintage Italian suspension from the 1970s, marked Aromec S.R.L. / Sacla S.R.L. – Varedo (MI), Italy. A very rare model. Its large translucent brown/purple diffuser combined with a central opal diffuser gives it a particularly graphic silhouette, typical of Italian Space Age and modernist design from this period. It is equipped with its original height adjustment system with a spring and locking mechanism, allowing the suspension to be easily raised or lowered according to use (adjustable from 65 to 145cm, from the lowest point to the ceiling). In good vintage condition, this piece has a very elegant and sculptural aesthetic, ideal above a table, desk, or in an interior seeking a true touch of 1970s Italian design.
