thin tablecloth with inlays in Venice 2m x 2m

Very fine linen canvas tablecloth, gridded with scale days. At each meeting of the days is inlaid a circle embroidered with the point of venice. Each of these circles is surrounded by an embroidery of polka dots in light relief. The whole tablecloth is hemmed with a wide hem folded on the back and therefore not visible on the spot. The dimension of 2m X 2m would be very suitable for a round table. The whole is handmade, of course, in perfect condition, and dates from the first half of the 20th century.
