Very charming and small Empire period console in mahogany, early 19th century, with its marble top and drawer with a bronze handle. It is in good condition, with a waxed finish. There are a few defects on the veneer at the bottom, but the piece remains very presentable for its age. Good stability, original marble in good condition. Dimensions: 52 by 32.5 cm, height 88 cm. Marble thickness: 2 cm. A lovely little piece that is both useful and decorative; it fits anywhere and brings a touch of history and elegance. Full of charm.
