Large Art Deco Mirror with Geometric Frame

Period: c. 1920-1940. An elongated hexagonal mirror. The frame is made of oak painted black. The glass is bordered by a wood-coloured frieze featuring repeated series of four square indentations. The hooks on the back are for horizontal hanging, but you can easily hang it vertically by adding a new hook (the remnants of an old hook indicate that it was hung this way at some point). The photo with the bottle is to show the size and was taken before the mirror was repainted. Condition: Good. Painted. A few discreet spots of oxidation on the glass. Dimensions: 83 cm long, 54 cm high, 2 cm deep, 4.5 kg.
