Description: Authentic vintage suspension from the Space Age era (circa 1970) with a sleek design, reminiscent of Italian creations by Gaetano Sciolari or Stilux Milano. This piece consists of a stunning and imposing transparent glass globe in the shape of a flattened dome, enhanced by a shiny chrome steel structure. Major advantage: It features its original mechanical suspension system (saliscendi) from the famous Italian brand ROLLY, stamped "Brevettato - Made in Italy" under the casing. The mechanism works perfectly and allows for height adjustment of the lamp with a simple gesture above a dining table or in a living room. Style: Space Age / Italian Design / Pop / Vintage 70s. Materials: Moulded transparent glass and chrome metal. Era: 1970s (1972-1975) Condition: Very good overall condition. The glass is impeccable (no chips or cracks) and the chrome has retained all its shine (see photos). Electricity: Original electrical system revised and functional.
