Empty bowl by designer mari simmulson for the swedish ceramic company upsala-ekeby ab. In excellent condition despite its great age. No chips to be found on the visible parts. The underside has some slight manufacturing defects normal for a semi-artisanal production. Material: black glazed stoneware (top) and khaki (bottom). Mari simmulson was a designer for the company from 1949 to 1972. Upsala-ekeby closed its doors for good in 1980.
