Bamboo and rattan coat rack Olaf von Bohr

Large wall coat rack with 4 hooks made of bamboo and rattan attributed to Olaf von Bohr, Italian manufacture from the 1950s. Olaf von Bohr, an Austrian designer born in 1927, learned woodworking and furniture making at the Munich School. He then moved to Milan in 1953, where he worked for Gio Ponti. He later established his own studio in 1960, in collaboration with Sergio Asti and Franco Albini. He has received numerous prestigious awards, and his creations are part of the permanent collections at MoMA. In very good condition, this large coat rack adds a design, natural, and warm touch to your interior.
