Rare and Sublime Pair Large Ball Vase with 2 Aegean Handles By the ceramic painter Helene Moisand For the French Manufacture Lonchamp circa 1948/1950. Helene Moisand also had the artist name "Ellen" with which she signed the watercolors she loved to paint as well as the works in original earthenware to restore to the honor of old Lonchamp services. This vase is subtly inspired by Greek art, probably with an African touch. It measures 84 cm in circumference, 25 cm in height, 9 cm at the base and 20 cm at the neck. Perfect condition.
