Antique triptych font brass porcelain

An old wall-mounted devotional holy water font in cut and pierced brass, topped with a cross. It has two movable side panels (in triptych style) that open to reveal an oval porcelain medallion featuring a representation of the Virgin Mary. There is a small receptacle for holy water at the bottom. In very good overall condition with a beautiful patina, the hinges of the panels work very well.
