Signed Muller Frères Lunéville Art Deco Ceiling Light Flying Bird Detail

A beautiful and rare signed Muller Frères Lunéville Art Deco ceiling light, featuring an exquisite pressed glass shade decorated with elegant flying birds among drifting clouds. A wonderful example of French Art Deco craftsmanship, the design captures the movement and romance of the era, with soft details that create a stunning effect when illuminated. The glass shade is suspended by three cream-coloured ropes, held in place with decorative brass buttons, and finished with a charming brass ceiling fitter. The combination of warm brass, natural rope detailing, and the beautifully illustrated glass shade creates a unique statement piece with timeless appeal.The light has French braided twin core wiring and takes a large E27 screw in bulb. Condition: Good vintage condition with no chips or cracks to the glass shade. Small air bubbles are present, typical of glass from this period. Light marks and blemishes are visible in keeping with age and use. Brass fittings are in good condition with some age-related marks and patina.
