Maison Lecan presents this three-drawer chest from the Minvielle programme, published by ARP — Ateliers de Recherches Plastiques — a group founded by Pierre Guariche, Joseph-André Motte, and Michel Mortier, one of the most coherent French design collectives of the post-war period. The Minvielle programme, produced in the 1960s, applies a rigorous industrial grammar to domestic space: wooden structure, metal legs, standardised hardware. The body, finished in satin varnish, rests on a square-section black lacquered base, with the original plastic tips retained. The three drawers, wide and shallow, slide without runners. The round recessed handles in black ABS — in pairs — are characteristic of the formal vocabulary of the programme. The interior of the drawers is made of natural plywood, in good usable condition. The whole piece exhibits a uniform patina. Reference LDP: 20260323-003. Dimensions: L74 × D46 × H69.5 cm.
