Pierre Guariche, pair of bedside tables for La Plagne, circa 1968

A pair of modular bedside tables, which can also serve as stools, designed by Pierre Guariche for the furnishing of apartments in La Plagne and Bandol in the 1960s. Made from bent plywood forming a U shape, these elements are covered in white laminate and connected by a wooden spacer. Their clean and rational design perfectly illustrates Guariche's pursuit of functional furniture adaptable to mountain spaces. Edition: Negroni, circa 1968.
