Two bistro chairs kohn n°196 in palmette, circa 1906, tanned

Kohn chair from 1906, n° 196, palmette chair much more stylish and ergonomic than the n°221 by Thonet designed 20 years earlier. This type of chair is sometimes called "sheaf" or "pucked" depending on the states that describe it. Strong and stable. Beautiful American mahogany color under shellac. Cannages six sons recent 2 to 3 years. Seat height; 47 cm. Seat: 41x41, total height: 92cm. Stamp and label under the seat. We can equip these chairs free of charge with screwed skates (origin Germany), adapted by their material to the coating of the room where they will be used. Work done after purchase.
