Original antique Thonet chair no. 14 produced by Fischel with a new matte seat

Chair no. 14, also known as a bistro chair, designed by thonet and produced by fischel, was one of thonet's most popular chairs alongside chair no. 18. It features a half arch in the backrest and was likely produced around 1900. This model is still being produced, but now as no. 218. This chair has a new hand-matted seat and has had a repair in the past. Over the years, it has acquired a beautiful patina but it is still in a good and stable condition.
