Tripod coffee table signed Barrois

This coffee table was made in the 1960s in Vallauris in France, it is signed Barrois on the top. It is made up of three cylindrical legs and a thick oak top. The top is covered with stoneware ceramic tiles, revealing a herbarium pattern. It is in excellent condition (original) because it has been in my family since purchase. The tiles are very clean and the colors intact, including the joints. The design of this table is reminiscent of the herbarium collection by French ceramist Roger Capron. The wood has a magnificent patina.
