The piece is crafted from solid wood with rounded carving and vertical assembly; the surface is hand-sanded to reveal natural grain, and each wooden element is accented with copper beads. Two crystal luminaries cast a brilliant radiance through the tiered layers of solid wood. Like twin stars on the verge of birth, they shimmer with the promise of light, emerging from the shadows to illuminate the path ahead. Light moves through the dim space, shining both upward and downward; refracted by crystal, it drifts around the staggered solid wood, forming light spots that are subtle yet distinctly clear. Each Flowlight piece is conceived as functional sculpture. Designed and hand-crafted entirely in-house, our works explore the organic movement of wood grain through hand-carving techniques, creating lighting objects that serve both as illumination and as standalone art pieces. Every lamp is individually crafted by skilled artisans led by Karson Wu, ensuring subtle variations that make each work unique. As each piece is individually handcrafted, subtle variations in wood grain, color, carving details, and dimensions are to be expected.
