Vintage cobalt glass vase

Very pretty cobalt blue color double-layer glass vase, very beautiful effect in the light because it takes on shades of blue in transparency to deep blue. Vintage 60s-70s, origin ex ussr (russia or latvia), diamond cutting technique d 9.5cm h20cm thickness 4mm in very good condition except for a very slight chip on the top edge (see photo).
