Pair of solid wood and leather lounge chairs, European work, circa 1970.

Pair of low lounge chairs in solid wood, with a thick rectangular structure and visible tenon and mortise joints. The backrest is made of wide havana leather straps passed over a high crossbar. The seat is suspended on straps with a leather band at the front. The removable cushions are in mauve/lilac fabric. The wood (oak) has a honey-coloured patina. A mix of safari style and 70s brutalism. French or Belgian production.
