Louisiana table lamp J-P Ryckaert

Vintage table lamp in wood and brass, featuring a frosted glass shade, in the style of the "Louisiane" collection by the brand Ryckaert. It has a stunning base with stacked rings topped with a characteristic frosted glass shade of the Ryckaert Louisiane style. A wooden handle located at the back of the lamp is sculpted in the shape of a baluster. This handle is an aesthetic and functional element typical of marine-style lamps or cabin lamps, originally designed to easily move the light fixture from one place to another. All visual and technical elements of the lamp authenticate it as a Ryckaert, but the original label is missing: • The round wooden base with concentric grooves. • The sinuous solid brass arm with its turned wooden handle. • The frosted glass shade. • The original electrical equipment (gold cord with switch on the wire). Dimensions: Height 46 cm. Circumference of the shade 58 cm. Diameter of the shade 14.2 cm. Diameter of the base 18 cm. The whole is in very good vintage condition, with a slight bump on the base. Original bubbles on the shade. Nice patina on the brass.
