Buffet 'B20' by Dieter Waeckerlin

The B20 sideboard was designed by Dieter Waeckerlin and produced by Behr in Germany in the 1950s. This minimalist piece is the little brother of the B40, which is also available in teak and rosewood. The exterior is made of teak, and behind the folding doors is a beautifully finished maple interior with adjustable shelves. The removable dry bar is missing. The total length of the body is supported by a black lacquered metal base, making the construction very sturdy. The doors close completely without handles, which enhances the exceptional clean design of this piece. There are some visible signs of use in the photos; apart from the missing bottle holder, this rare item is in very good condition.
