These three glazed ceramic bowls with free forms inspired by seashells are available in a vibrant turquoise, a sunny yellow, and a raspberry pink, highlighted by a deep, glossy black. The ribbed reliefs, irregular contours, and this very graphic palette fully place them within the aesthetic of decorative ceramics from the 1950s-60s, embodying the modernist and joyfully colourful spirit found particularly in the productions of Vallauris from that period. Each piece is shaped on a small circular base. Two bear a signature underneath that we unfortunately could not decipher. Grouped as a trio, the three colours work particularly well together, giving the whole set a touch of 60s Riviera charm. They are in very good condition with 2 discreet chips (see photos). Height: 5 cm. Length: 16 cm. Width: 16 cm.
