Vintage black leather Butterfly chair by Gerard van den Berg for Montis

The 'butterfly' lounge chair, a dutch design favorite, was designed by gerard van den berg for montis and was first produced in the 1980s. The chair includes a black leather seat hanging from a black aluminum frame. The leather seat cushion is filled with foam, and rests on a woven net that is attached to the frame. The result. A super comfortable and soft yet sturdy sofa, that is lightweight and easy to move around. The seat and frame are separate parts and are both easy to carry. Condition: in very good vintage condition, with small traces of use appropriate for the age of the item.
