Armchair by michel cadestin for airborne dating from the 1970s. French manufacturing and design of very fine craftsmanship. Variant of the "orchidée" model, this armchair is also called "president" when the back is covered in leather and not in lacquered fiberglass. The "president" model also has more generous proportions, it is higher and wider and the cushions are more padded. One of the last models produced by the airborne company before their closure. Extremely comfortable, the airborne company specialized in the manufacture of seats and the use of the famous bultex foams. The structure is made of fiberglass and the foam cushions are covered with original black grained leather and covered buttons. This armchair is fully restored, it has been cleaned, repigmented and re-waxed. It has nevertheless kept its patina and its few traces of time.
