Art Nouveau Sideboard with Oak, 1890s

Art Nouveau sideboard veneered with oak from the turn of the 19th and 20th century. This large, representative oak and oak burl sideboard includes a four-leaf base with a central section designed in the avant-corps style and a removable add-on unit. The add-on unit features a mirror and a glazed cabinet on both sides, with crystal glass used for the mirror and cabinet doors. The piece retains its original brass escutcheons and locks. Renovated to a very good condition, it is finished in light colors with black elements and polished with shellac. The mirror contains dark streaks due to age. Dimensions include a width of 209 cm, a depth of 79 cm, and a height of 180 cm. Its weight places it in the standard range of 40 to 80 kg.
