Rare desk/table lamp "WO" by Sacha Ketoff - Aluminor Edition, circ

superb table lamp model "WO", an iconic creation by designer Sacha Ketoff published by the French house Aluminor in the early 1980s (original Aluminor "Made in France" label present under the reflector). It is a piece of modernist design with a very pronounced minimalist and architectural style. Its structure rests on two articulated arms in black lacquered metal, of great finesse, allowing for precise light orientation. The lampshade is a square diffuser in opal white plexiglass, structured to pivot on itself thanks to a central metal axis, offering a soft and diffused light. The circular base in black metal, heavy and stable, incorporates the transformer and the original switch. The whole is in beautiful vintage condition with some normal signs of use related to time (small light marks on the black lacquer, visible in the visuals). The diffuser shows small snags as evidenced by the photos but they are absolutely minimal and normal due to usage. The original electrical system is fully functional.
