Murano scavo art blown and cut glass vase, ancient Greek style, sandblasted texture

Large blown and cut glass vase. Simple and refined design. "Scavo" technique, which means unearthed, imitates the patina of glasses found during archaeological excavations. This one comes from Murano in the 60s/70s. Several great glassmakers, especially Italian, were interested in this technique, which is why it cannot be attributed to a particular person.
