Double curtain file cabinet, 1950s, light oak

Double curtain filing cabinet by Spirol, 1950s, light oak. A charming piece of furniture straight out of a 1950s office, signed by Spirol, a major brand of office furniture from that era. The "mechanism" has been serviced and now works perfectly, as do the locks (with 2 keys). The shelves slide and allow for great modularity and multiple uses; you can remove or add them... In an entrance as a shoe cabinet, in a kitchen for a quirky touch (plates, glasses, etc.), in a bathroom (towels...), or simply retaining its original function of organising documents! In excellent condition, with slight shadowing on the top (see photo above, not significant, just mentioning for clarity), solid oak and veneer in perfect condition, with lovely black metal handles, beeswax finish, ready to be installed: -) Dimensions: Height: 120 cm.
