Postmodern metal table model OTI by Niels Gammelgaard for Ikea, 1980s.

The table for the OTI chair, a classic design from the 1980s by Danish architect Niels Gammelgaard. The table adopts the basic geometric shape of a triangle, characteristic of OTI designs. A special detail is the construction of the frame. The rods are simply welded together with an overlapping design. The tabletop is made of a lacquered metal sheet that wraps around the frame. The table is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
