Sculptural thick glass vase – France, 1970s Vintage thick transparent glass vase with a geometric and sculptural design characteristic of the 1970s. Its elongated silhouette, predominantly square in section, slightly flares towards the neck. The body features a succession of relief registers combining rounded volumes, triangular facets, and oblique lines. These repetitive geometric patterns create a particularly graphic play of volumes. The glass, dense and very thick, reveals beautiful effects of transparency and refraction. Depending on the light's orientation, the facets capture reflections and give depth and movement to the material.
