Antique vase signed Alfred Kusche for the Staatliche Majolika Manufaktur Karlsruhe, model no. 2353, circa 1910. This superb glazed stoneware vase is fully in keeping with the German Art Nouveau movement (Jugendstil), with a stylized floral decoration in slight relief, a soft palette with celadon, brown and ferruginous red accents, and an organic form typical of the period. A rare collector's item, this vase has an official stamp of the Karlsruhe manufactory under its base as well as a hallmarked model number (2353). It is a true witness to the history of German decorative arts from the early 20th century, ideal for lovers of historical ceramics or interiors with a vintage or wabi-sabi aesthetic. The object presents several visible irregularities and signs of use, consistent with its age: paint chips, small enamel losses, scratches, micro-cracks in the enamel (crazing), old traces. These defects are well documented in photos and are part of its authentic charm. 🔹Height: 30.5 cm 🔹Weight: 1.68 kg 📦 Fast shipping, careful and secure packaging with tracking. 📦
