Charming graduated walnut desk from the 19th century, in the Louis-Philippe style, dating from the 1860s. Fully restored, it captivates with the richness of its grain and the warmth of its hue, typical of fine old walnut. The upper part, known as the "château, " consists of four drawers, two of which are lockable, all accompanied by their original keys. The frieze of the top also features two additional drawers, providing a generous functional storage space. The work surface, adorned with an elegant leather band, is extendable thanks to a discreet sliding system, allowing for increased depth for more comfortable use. Resting on turned fluted legs, characteristic of the Louis-Philippe style, this desk presents balanced proportions and a look that is both understated and refined.
