His sculptural wooden furniture represents Daumiller's love of natural materials and his connection to nature. The artist's work is strongly influenced by the ideas of the Austrian philosopher, social reformer, and architect Rudolf Steiner. Daumiller's work has recently enjoyed great popularity and is experiencing a remarkable renaissance. The "Lovely" chair was designed by Daumiller together with Poultries Pedersen in the 1970s. The frame is made of solid pine. The seat is upholstered in paper cord.
