Depending on the light source used, such as a mirrored bulb, the light effect of this mouth-blown lamp changes. Model 486b was manufactured in 1962 by Venini & C. on the Italian island of Murano. The fixture is executed in mouth-blown glass in orange with a white interior and retains its original bakelite socket (E27), suitable for LED, energy-saving, incandescent or halogen bulbs. The condition of the pendant lamp is very good, with no damage to the glass. The wiring and strain relief have been renewed by an electrician and are safe for use, while the original bakelite socket has been preserved.
