A minimalist yet elegant walnut wall unit, designed by poul cadovius for cado in the 1960s, is an excellent mid century modern space-saving idea. Thanks to its versatility, this shelving system can be placed in various areas, from bedrooms to entry halls, providing plenty of storage space for books and decorations. It features four deep shelves and is made of rich walnut with black metal hardware and black varnished solid wood rails. One extremely deep shelf, measuring 40 cm in depth, can be placed higher and serves as a compact desk—a perfect solution for providing a discreet working area in small interiors. Modularity is key element of this set. The shelves can be arranged as needed using the slots in the wooden rails. Additionally, the montage rails, composed of two pieces each, provide various possibilities for arrangement, allowing the set to be split into two separate units.
