The F437 model by Artifort, better known as the Orange Slice chair, was designed by the French designer Pierre Paulin for the Dutch manufacturer Artifort in Maastricht in the mid-20th century. After mastering the technique of bending plywood, Paulin created a variety of lounge chairs with an organic and pop art aesthetic. The Orange Slice is one of the iconic creations of this collaboration, which propelled Paulin onto the international stage. This model dates from the 1990s and has been kept in a private library, with minimal use. It retains its original red wool fabric, in excellent condition, clean and without any signs of wear. Dimensions: Height 68 cm, Width 85 cm, Depth 80 cm, Seat height 38 cm.
