Two beautiful white opal glass hanging lamps designed by bent karlby towards the end of the 1950s in denmark. The lamps are inspired by chinese lanterns, which is why they are called the kina pendels. Kina is danish for china. These are two large versions with the rectangular design and brass details. There are multiple variants made in frosted glass and brass. After this largest version, there is also a slightly smaller, rounder version and a mini. The lamps can be beautifully hung straight next to each other, for example above the dining room table or in the hallway. But due to their playful design, they can also be hung together at different heights. The glass spreads the light nicely diffusely and because there is also frosted glass attached under the lamp, you will never suffer from glare in your eyes. Condition: the lamps are in very good vintage condition. They are both equipped with new cabling. Price is per piece.
