Pair of Art Deco style bookends in the shape of chamois. French craftsmanship in solid wood from the 1940s. Good overall condition. Beautiful, authentic patina. Note some signs of wear on the pieces representing the rocky landscape and a few superficial cracks in places on the chamois bodies (see photos and zoom). The total height of one bookend is 18.5 cm. The total width of one bookend is 12 cm. The total depth of one bookend is 5.5 cm. The price listed is for the pair of bookends.
