Tea cabinet (chadansu) in burl veneer. Pine uprights. Left side shelf with an s-shaped movement (a poetic allusion to steam coming out of a tea kettle). Two sliding glass doors, one note a combination of shelves, drawers, and curved sliding compartments. And wood veneers, the upright joints are rounded in dovetails. The cabinet is fully pegged. Handles evoking knotted cords. Circa 1950 - style inspired by European Art Deco. We speak of "taisho roman" style, equivalent to "roaring twenties". Condition: wear from use - on the metal handles - bumps, marks on the uprights. An impact on the crosspiece under the glass (see photo with arrows). This cabinet is fully functional and usable, with a little wear from time. It will need dusting - it is disassembled into two blocks (see photo with arrows) - weight approximately 25 kg. Height 137 cm - width 100 cm - depth 34 cm.
