Pair of children's office chairs by Jørgen Rasmussen for Kevi

Pair of swivel office chairs for children, in bright red and blue. Iconic vintage model 2533 designed by Danish designer Jørgen Rasmussen in 1958 for Kevi Denmark. Model produced between 1960 and 1969, identifiable by the original label under the wheel, see second to last photo. Original version with a 4-legged base (this classic is still produced today, but with a 5-legged base and different materials). Both are in very good vintage condition, no chips on the coloured plywood, minor discolouration on the seat of the blue chair (see photos), very slight signs of oxidation on the metal frame, height adjustment lever fully functional, as well as the famous "double wheels" invented in 1965 by the brilliant Rasmussen, which later became an international standard. Adjustable seat height from 31.5 cm to 41.5 cm. Total height 71 cm. Reclining backrest.
