Contemporary Japanese chamotte stoneware vase, signed on the base with a stamp bearing a kanji. This unique piece, from modern Japanese ceramic craftsmanship, presents an organic form with free contours and a very expressive gestural glaze: deep black, slate blue, ivory and rusty brown blend into a mineral landscape. The interior is glazed in glossy black, the sides are textured and striated, in a resolutely wabi sabi aesthetic. Perfect for a contemporary ceramic collection or a minimalist and poetic decoration.
