Spectacular large decorative poodle in emerald green glazed ceramic, with a rich "spaghetti" decoration applied to the legs, head, snout, and tail, enhanced with golden details on the collar, medallion, and tips of the legs. This is a very characteristic work of the decorative productions from Vallauris in the 1950s-1960s. Dimensions: Height: 34 cm. Length: approximately 28 cm. Overall, this antique piece is in good condition, with a shiny glaze and fine age-related crazing. The lower tip of one ear has been restored, which remains visible upon close inspection (see photographs). There is also a small missing spot in the spaghetti decoration at the back of the head, as well as some light signs of use consistent with age, particularly around the snout. Nevertheless, the piece retains a very beautiful presentation, with bright colors and a particularly generous and sculptural spaghetti decoration. A large piece, very representative of the decorative aesthetic of the 1950s-1960s.
