An iconic “bird” chair with matching ottoman designed by Harry Bertoia, manufactured by Knoll International in the USA around 1970. Made of high quality black lacquered wire metal. The chair and ottoman have a beautiful open structure with the seat and top having curved shapes, adding comfort, style and elegance to their style! A highly recognizable set of mid-century design! Beautiful nude, but also nice to combine with pillows or for example sheepskin. Chair sizes: W. 97 x D. 75 x H. 101 (SH. 23) cm Ottoman sizes: W. 59 x D. 43 x H. 34 cm Both chair and ottoman are labeled on the frame as shown in photos. The set remains in good, vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. There are some small weldings (repairs) to the chair.
