Rare pair of two-seater sofas Borkum, designed by Johan Bertil Hästström for IKEA in the 1980s. An iconic model of modernist Scandinavian design, featuring a chrome tubular structure and full-grain black leather. The two pieces have a very beautiful visual presence and work perfectly facing each other in a living room or gallery space. 🖤 Condition: • One sofa in very good vintage condition, soft patinated leather, with no major defects. • The second has a tear in the leather (see photos), restoration possible by a saddler. • A few missing screws on one of the models (standard elements, easily replaceable). • Stable structures.
