1970s Kho Liang Ie sofa for Artifort, Netherlands

A lovely 3-seater sofa designed by Kho Liang Ie and manufactured by Artifort in the Netherlands around 1970. This highly recognizable sofa is a great example of mid-century Dutch design. Its clean lines and modern design make it suitable for many different types of decor, combining comfortable practicality with a nice vintage appeal. The chrome-plated metal legs are bent into shape, supporting the backward-leaning seat that is newly upholstered in high-quality grey fabric with a tufted finish. A comfortable, inviting, and timeless sofa. It remains in very good condition with new upholstery and only minor wear to the frame consistent with age and use, preserving a fantastic patina.
