Large Portmeirion England Botanical Garden Series Fritillaria Design Plate

A large plate from the botanical garden series made in england by the portmeirion pottery after the old drawing plates early 19th century. Created by susan williams-ellis. Magnificent festoon of laurel leaves surrounding a large flower, here fritillaria and butterflies. This model is really very charming. Range launched in 1972 which offered 28 different flowers, first edition stamp on the back, to collect. The range still exists and continues to be very successful. In very good condition, no breakage, pretty fine and homogeneous cracks on the whole. Perfect colors and shine without scratches. Diameter 26.8 X 3.2 cm. Weight approx. 730 g.
