Venetian-style mirror with mouldings, dating from the early 20th century, made using the technique of verre églomisé. This decorative process involves applying metal leaf (often gold or silver) to the back of the glass, then engraving it, creating delicate patterns with deep and luminous reflections, featuring fine arabesque decorations, as well as two characters from the Commedia dell'Arte (Harlequin and Columbine) on the mirror's mouldings. The frame is made of intricately carved wood and gilded stucco, highlighting the refinement of the piece. A decorative mirror with a lot of charm and a beautiful patina.
