Old sugar bowl / sweet jar in earthenware - René Anchierri

Hello, I am selling this charming antique sugar bowl (or bonbonnière) made of earthenware, authentic and signed FORAH on the base (produced by the Orléanaise Factory by René Anchierri, from the 1940s-1950s). Features: Decor: Pretty hand-painted polychrome floral pattern with a stylised rose in the centre and a green geometric frieze. Detail: The handle of the lid is raised, shaped like a lovely coloured peach with its small leaves. Appearance: Bowl with a very original embossed finish. Condition: Generally good condition and beautiful colour brightness for its age. Please note a small chip from use located on the underside of the lid (see last photo). This flaw is completely invisible when the sugar bowl is closed and placed.
