Elegant round vase in Limoges porcelain made by the Camille Tharaud factory. The globular body features a hand-painted, rotating decoration composed of large leaves and stylised fruits in shades of brown, deep green, and turquoise on a slightly mottled celadon background. The contours, ribs, and neck are delicately highlighted in gold. The richness of the glazes, their transparency effects, and the variations achieved during firing are characteristic of the decorative productions of the Tharaud house. The base bears the green stamp: THARAUD LIMOGES FRANCE MADE IN FRANCE DÉCOR MAIN. There is also a hand-painted decorator's monogram. French work from the mid-20th century. Period: 20th century.
